Our training company, founded by Director Melinda Reihberg started as a “one girl mission” to improve leadership in business and enhance job satisfaction. Melinda had experienced too many bad leaders in her work life to not do something about it. She recognised leadership is a sorely lacking skill, with too many people simply promoted through work experience and longevity in a company, not because of their ability to lead.
