This experience highlighted one important fact to Melinda – A business is only as good as its people, and people need clear, positive and strategic leadership to guide them.
Having worked her way up in a very competitive and demanding industry, Melinda has taken on board her own experiences in and of leadership and combined this with post graduate studies in business management to develop and facilitate many of the innovative workshops run by All Trained Up.
Darren Holland is a senior leader, consultant, trainer and coach with over 18 years of experience in the areas of management, marketing, sales, consumer experience and strategic planning. Darren has a 15-year foundation in the corporate sector with a record of consistently delivering sales, profit and brand growth across multiple successful blue-chip organisations including Ford, Nissan and Goodyear.
For the past 3 years, Darren has been in the consulting sector, specialising the in areas and management consulting, sales process engineering and frontline consumer experience delivery alongside management, marketing and sales training and marketing consulting.
Recently, Darren has designed, managed and delivered several major transformational projects in the area of consumer experience in the Australian market, which has led to the development and delivery of these projects to the Asia Pacific region, with a focus on India as a lead market. These projects have delivered positive results in the areas of customer experience and profitability through a focus on significant improvement in management capability, process efficacy and the integration of industry-leading technology. These programs and results have been delivered through flawless execution and the ability to bring together large and diverse teams through positive relationships across all stakeholder groups, whether they be staff, internal and external stakeholders including retail and commercial partners, advertising, media, research and PR agencies.
As a trainer, Darren is engaging and leverages his experience to ensure that all of his participants are able to deliver significantly more value to their business upon by focussing on what they are “going to differently to improve tomorrow”.
Darren holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Accounting; a Diploma of Management and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
